1 pound ground Turkey
1/2 onion, chopped
1 apple, chopped
1 can corn
1 can cream corn
1 box stuffing mix
Mix stuffing with 2 cups hot water. Set aside. Brown turkey, drain, and add all other ingredients to pan. Cook until warm and onions and apples soften. Mix with stuffing and put in baking dish. Bake covered for 30 minutes at 400 degrees.
