Maddie insisted on wearing Jackson's Cars slippers; her new obsessions are shoes and purses. Very unlike her mommy! The kids were having fun playing with their bubbles on the deck while Mike was grilling dinner the same day we made our monster cookies. Jackson wanted to bring some cookies over to the neighbors; Hunter is in his Kindergarten class and he loves to play with him. As we were grilling, Hunter would stand by the fence wanting Jackson to come over to play. It's nice having a friend in his class so close by! Our fence is still "half gone" since we haven't gotten it fixed yet, but I'm hoping to very soon have that entire side of the fence gone. It'll be easier for the boys to play together too in the back yards and both moms be able to see them.
Aunt Julia and Jackson at his soccer game last weekend. The pictures of his game turned out kind of dark, but I think Julia has some other pictures that had a better quality. It was really fun for him to have Grandma Katie and Julia there!
