4 Eggs3/4 Cup Butter
2 Cups Sugar
1 1/2 Cups Brown Sugar
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
2 Cups Chunky Peanut Butter
1 Cup Peanuts
3 Teaspoons Baking Soda
1 Teaspoon Salt
7 Cups Quick Rolled Oats
1 12-Oz Bag Chocolate Chips
1 14-Oz Bag M&M's
DIRECTIONS:
Beat together eggs, margarine, sugars, vanilla and peanut butter.
In a separate bowl, mix together baking soda, salt, and oatmeal. Mix into peanut butter mixture. Add chocolate chips, 3/4 bag M&M's, and peanuts; stir until well blended.
Scoop onto cookie sheet with ice-cream scoop, and gently press flat. Press remaining M&M candies on the top of unbaked cookies. Bake at 350 degrees for 11-13 minutes. Allow to cool for 5 minutes on cookie sheet before removing. Makes 2 to 3 dozen large cookies.
